Business Degree or equivalent req'd. Contracts Mgr: Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and other procurement regulations. Exp with administering all contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M) CPCM or CFCM. Bachelors Degree a plus. Cost Control Mgr: Substantial general & US gov't contracts exp. Knowledge of Timberline & Primavera. Background in estimating, scheduling & finance desired. Const Mgmt or Eng degree req. Project Mgr: Over 5 yrs project mgmt exp including US gov't exp, preferably w/ USCOE overseas & airfield fuel farms; subcontract mgmt, planning, resource allocation, budget & contract admin; & strong business dev't skills. Eng or Construction Mgmt degree req'd. QC Systems Mgr: Int'l USCOE & airfield fuel tank farms exp. Duties include interfacing w/ client & staff, developing & maintaining Quality Control standards.
