We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager onsite, on a large resort project in Snowmass, CO.Position Requirements:Highly prefer ten or more years of commercial construction experience as a PM on a resort projects. A college degree in construction management or civil engineering is highly preferred but not required. Salary is commensurate with experience. This positions involves subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners, engineers, architects and sub-trades, and management of financial aspects of contracts.
