Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, related Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.5 years related experience as a Project Manager/Construction Manager on building structures projects, design through construction. Projects should include those over $50 million.Proficient in using MS Word and Excel. Experience with project management software systems, such as Prolog, Expedition, Constructware, Excel based, etc.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Must possess valid drivers license. Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy. Job Description : Will provide assistant construction management of design/build process for state building of $120 million. Tasks include client and contractor interface, development of office management procedures, contract administration and reporting, oversight of construction costs and schedule, quality assurance.
