Job Description:
Technical leader for equipment, preventative maintenance, projects and rearrangements including project cost estimating, bill of materials, scheduling, labor analysis and technical drawing interpretations. * Work with personnel from Industrial Engineering, Facilities Engineering and Shop Operations on various activities required to accomplish assigned projects. * On assigned projects, perform detailed planning, cost estimating and scheduling to meet budgeted cost. * Identify bill of materials to perform assigned task and assure their timely delivery. * Work directly with vendors to assure timely delivery of materials and supplies. * Interface with Facilities Engineering and Industrial Engineering on projects to assure compliance to engineering drawings. * Provide assistance to maintenance personnel in trouble shooting and to provide all necessary tools and spare parts to perform tasks. * Monitor and maintain preventative maintenance schedule system. * Assure all proper materials are available to perform task. Accountable for related materials and labor cost of projects and equipment, and their reporting of status to management. * Provide/obtain prints, equipment schematics and provide technical expertise. Qualifications * Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of maintenance/construction planning experience) Desired * Additional equipment maintenance experience is preferred * Electrical and mechanical analytical ability * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
