Job Description:
Utilizing computer-assisted drafting/design techniques per company standards * Performing basic discipline design tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor * Performing related fundamental engineering support tasks (plotting drawings, preparing transmittals, preparing overnight packages, updating computer lists, filing prints, distributing drawings, making simple calculations, proofreading reports, etc.) * Referencing information from vendor prints, catalogs, technical manuals, etc., and interfacing with engineers as required * Supporting field assignments as required Job Requirements * High school graduate with vocational technical training in basic drafting technology and 3-4 years' related experience is a must* Candidates with a 2-year degree in drafting/design technology will also be considered. * Demonstrate a working knowledge of utilizing CADD equipment for a variety of standard applications.* Must be skilled with AutoCAD. * Familiarity with Civil 3D or Microstation is a plus Additional Information CDM has consistently earned industry recognition for our innovative project solutions.
