Senior CAD DesignerJob Summary Design and draft technical drawings with SolidWorks and AutoCad experience and PC Board design tools is a plus.Job Responsibilities:* Design and/or alter product by determining the needs of the customer and responsible RF/Microwave engineer * Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability and safety in the products design * Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the product designs. Also work with customers, as required to ensure products conform to customer requirements and meet their needs * Establish procedures for maintaining documents and change control of documents * Determine and enforce - through functional groups - document control requirements in order for the company to meet internal and external needs Skills, Experience and Personal CharacteristicsMust have 5-10 years of experience in related technical field, performing similar tasks that are required for this job and is required to have completed at least two years of technical education or related technical experience. Must have direct experience using SolidWorks and AutoCad. Preferably: Orcad and PADS software tools experience also. The Senior (CAD) Designer is also required to read and understand any departmental procedure manuals and procedures. Have the ability to take action where responsibility is shared with other departments and make decisions affecting many organizational segments.
