Job Description:
Represent and participate in appropriate Hospital committee activities and committees/departmental councils. Prepare annual budget and monitor workload standards and productivity reports. Monitor hospital billing functions and departmental revenue status. Develop and implement quality assurance programs for the department. Collaborate with other departments to ensure delivery of quality services. Confer with physicians and other department managers to resolve operational problems and promote communication and good guest relations with patients and the public. Manage the department Guest Relations program. Coordinate capital and departmental equipment purchases and maintenance. Residents Only. Employer will assist with relocation costs Requirements Licensure or eligibility for licensure in as a Registered Nurse.certification and minimum 3 years of experience in role of Supervisor, Assistant Manager and/or Manager of a Surgical Operating Room is required. BSN or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
