Duties & responsibilities: Responsible for the worldwide development and management of the Single-use Processing Solutions franchise, in the Bioprocess Division, with a focus on establishing market needs, exploring new opportunities and launching & positioning novel single-use processing solutions required for separation and purification of proteins, vaccines, etc. Examples include processing solutions for clarification, purification, sterile fluid transfer/filling, etc. This position serves as primary interface, requiring a high degree of interaction, with customers, R&D, Design & Engineering Group, other Product Managers, Marketing Communications, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Field Operations and external partners. Duties include o coordinating in-depth market research to develop market needs for single-use processing solutions o translating market needs to market-ready solutions o developing financial analyses to justify new product development o leading and working with Product Development Teams o competitive analysis o development of, with Marketing Communications.
