The position will report to the Associate Group Medical Director responsible for Clinical Technology Evaluation and Diagnostics in BioOncology. Principal responsibilities will include: *Leadership of cross-functional teams to develop strategies and plans for the optimal incorporation of biomarkers into clinical development plans and clinical trials for investigational new drugs, particularly those targeting HER or B cell malignancies. *Development of strategies for evaluating novel technologies as tools for the assessment of novel anti-cancer drugs. These strategies will be directed at providing better predictive tests for appropriate use of our client's oncology products, and improved markers of drug activity in the clinic. *Design and implementation of clinical trials with primary Diagnostics endpoints, particularly where the question of interest is not owned by a single molecule or brand.
