Responsible for a team of 5 Infection Control Professionals and will oversee the design, development and implementation of a world-class infection prevention and control program; departmental budgeting; insuring the accurate collection, analysis and reporting of surveillance data; and managing a dedicated team of experienced Infection Control Practitioners. - Worked at a large tertiary care hospital in either the Infection Control and/or Quality Department. Report to: The Vice President of Quality & Patient Safety. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field is required. - A Master's degree is preferred. - A Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Technologist (MT), Master of Public Health / Epidemiology or PhDs will be considered for this position.
