This position is with the US Army Engineer District, Memphis Engineering & Construction Division, Caruthersville Area office, Caruthersville, MO. ** Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dated 30 August 1993.Who May Apply: Click here for more information. NSPS Position: This position is covered by the National Security Personnel System. This area of the District consists of approximately 10,000 square miles with 600 miles of levee, part of the Mississippi and other rivers with tributary streams and urban and rural areas where critical drainage and flood control problems exist. Serves as the Contracting Officer's Authorized Representative and as Resident Contracting Office. Has responsibility to inspect, plan, and coordinate all maintenance activities for all completed flood control works in the Area excluding Mississippi River Stabilization Program.
