The Account Manager, under direction of VP Client Services, services the needs of the client throughout the length of their engagement. They act as a liaison among the internal departments to gather and communicate all relevant facts needed to deliver on the clients needs. He/she is responsible for reviewing all major milestone deliverables prior to client submission, and shares in accountability for all client deliverables.Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders from receipt through scheduling, execution, and billing. Manages the new client activation process Coordinate activities necessary to deliver initial service to customers Schedule and facilitate customer implementation and training meetings Technical account management -Serve as primary point of contact for all post-sale customer issues. Serve as point of customer escalation. Participate in resolution of cross-functional issues affecting customers. Grow network viewership through efforts to drive increased traffic on existing affiliate sites (growth incentive programs, best practices training, etc.) Drive process and policy changes on behalf of customers. Nurture client relationships to promote low turnover, high client satisfaction and ongoing growth in traffic and revenue. Cross-sell and up-sell premium affiliate services Qualifications Required 1-3 years experience in customer service and/or account management BS/BA degree or equivalent Strong coordination, multitasking and project management skills Familiarity with one or more Customer Relationship Management software packages (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel, etc.) or other similar customer support systems Excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with: Internet, Advertising and/or Streaming Media a plus Able to work and adapt to a changing environment
