Job Description:
Be able to present ideas and suggestions to clients, whether it be during meetings, conference calls, and/or phone conversations.-Establishes and promotes excellent customer relations through effective and proactive communication and continuous monitoring of client satisfaction.-Maintains contact with clients and production to advise them of orderprogress, scheduling concerns and requests for additional information or materials when required.-Works with supervision to maximize equipment and personnel capabilities, apply new technologies, and/or productive capabilities.-Tracks and reports on quality metrics, strategizes with the customer and delivers services, which will attract and retain clients.-Uses ethical business practices in dealing with clients, employees,vendors, suppliers and the community.-Responsible for customer retention and customer loyalty.-Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of customer invoices.-Facilitates the resolution of production-related problems in a timelymanner and elevates appropriately when necessary.-Identifies and facilitates opportunities for continuous improvement inthe product, process and service.-Take calls as needed after hours.-Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications -College degree or equivalent working experience.-5+ years of prior customer service experience preferred.-Well-rounded knowledge of Premedia Technologies (prepress, photo, creative, digital print, print, web, digital asset management, color,), Premedia Technologies integration tools, designing and implementing workflows and quality control procedures.-Complete understanding of the Big Picture which allows the individual to make good sound business decisions that benefit the Premedia Technologies organization.-Experience in utilizing Continuous Improvement tools to create and track metrics.-Proven leadership abilities demonstrated through high performance andParticipative management.-Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build andmaintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships.
