Job Description:
Stay on top of industry and company happenings and understand how these can help grow the business Supports the establishment of a sound and realistic strategy planning covering all market places on a regional and country basis Lead the sales projects from screening till handover to execution Support clients in the pre-acquisition phase to structure opportunities in line with the TLS preferred offerings Provide strong leadership of sales projects in line with agreed strategies Lead negotiations with the aim to close projects with the best possible conditions for ALSTOM Build up and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, developers, sponsors, trading house, potential partners in the region Ability to demonstrate sales growth from cold calling EOE/M/F/D/V Requirements: Required Skills/Experience: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years current Transportation Sales experience (aerospace or train or boat or bus) with the understanding of Subsystems. For example- Propulsion, HVAC, etc. Preferred Skills/Experience: Good Oral and Written Communication Skills Detail Oriented, with ability to see the big picture Structured with excellent follow through and reporting of progress skills Ability to demonstrate cold calling experience and how those relationships were developed
