Position Summary This position will be the primary liaison between major loyalty programs and a provider of rewards to the programs. Solid general management and project management skills will be required as you will be responsible for developing annual marketing/strategic plans and then coordinating the execution of such plans between the major loyalty programs and the rewards provider. We offer an energetic, fast-paced environment where client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. The ideal candidate will be able to think of their feet and be a proactive and diligent partner with the major loyalty accounts. Primary Responsibilities 1. Oversee day-to-day relationships with major accounts. 2. Develop marketing plans, manage execution of plans and reporting of results to major accounts. 3. Manage client expectations in relation to project goals, deadlines, etc. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education: Bachelor Degree required. Experience with major loyalty programs a plus, but not required. Excellent computer skills- Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint Excellent project management and time management skills Strong client-relations skills Demonstrated drive to succeed Ability to work in a cross-functional environment Exceptional business development skills.
