Meet client requirements and surpass their expectations by placing qualified candidates into open positionsï šÂ§Provide leadership and supervision for all client onsite employees working at a Client locationï šÂ§Interface with and maintain ongoing communication with Client management regarding workloads, resource requirements, schedules, planning and resolution of issues and performance associated with assignmentsï šÂ§Participate and at times lead frequent operations and staff planning and strategic meetings with Clientï šÂ§Ensure processes and policies are implemented and adhered toï šÂ§Conduct performance-related meetings with staff and/or potential staff, including:, employee counseling, interviews, hiring and dismissals as appropriateï šÂ§Conduct Business Review with Client, Client Services Manager, Relationship Manager and Operations Management to ensure on-going service deliveryï šÂ§Anticipate staffing needs to ensure sufficient coverage by FISFS onsite employeesï šÂ§Evaluate any needs for additional training or resources to meet service deliveryï šÂ§Pursue continuous improvements initiatives for client service objectives.
