UPS Freight, a leader in the LTL trucking industry, is currently seeking an Account Manager who will be assigned customer accounts and prospects within a designated territory to sell Company services. Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and trouble shooting specific customer problems. This individual will: Meet personal sales targets as established by focusing on small to moderate accounts within identified markets or geography. Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals. Participate in special projects such as new product launches and sales initiatives. Stay educated and understand market trends and competitors within assigned territory. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent Previous sales or operations experience in the transportation industry
