Job Description:
Basic/Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines-Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geologist, Business Administration, Marketing 10+ years experience in the real estate business, and/or in the environmental, geologic, geotechnical, etc. as long as the experience is related to real estate and the development/redevelopment of significant projects. Experience with local governmental agencies that address planning and development projects Must be willing to travel frequently across the U.S. to assist Divisions with opportunities in the Brownfield area and help develop the strategy to win projects, especially large projects in both the private and public sectors. Must have skills and experience in Teaming in/out of MACTEC to assemble the winning Team for large projects.
