You must ensure that the best people are in all positions. You must recruit, hire and train quality people in all positions. All critical positions need to have qualified and trained replacements to allow your people to grow further and to provide a larger benefit to the company. You must ensure the store has a monthly schedule for consistent training which is prepared prior to the beginning of the month. All meetings must have an agenda. All applicable manufacturer training required for certification must be completed and logged. This must be made available upon request of senior management. You must hold and conduct two weekly meetings with your Advisor staff, and one monthly Parts and Service Department meeting with the Parts Department, Technicians and Advisors. Your team must provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer concerns, asking the appropriate questions and providing a properly trained staff to handle the customers in accordance with Lithia Policy. Your Departments Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) must be 100% or higher as reported on the Lithia CSI comparison ranking report. You are responsible for creating and implementing a sales marketing plan that will assure that the Service Department is aggressively seeking new customers and new market opportunities. You are responsible for accurately completing all of the Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and covering them with your staff. It is your responsibility to use the Lithia Motors approved vendors whenever possible and to maintain a positive professional relationship with them.
