This position is located in the Overseas Buildings Operations, Project Execution Office, Construction and Commission Division, Technical Security Branch (OBO/PE/CC/TSB). The division has overall responsibility for construction of office space, residential and support facilities for the Department of State and other U.S. Government agencies overseas except for military installations. The Senior Project Executive (SPE)is responsible for all new construction and major improvements to owned and leased properties. The Senior Project Executive (SPE) serves under the supervision of and receives general policy guidance from the Director, Construction and Commissioning Division.
