Through our collaborative and flexible approach, we deliver practical, sustainable, measurable results that help our clients make the right strategic decisions and implement the right solutions.BearingPoint's Real Estate and Capital Asset Solutions practice provides organizational optimization, business process improvement and information technology implementation and integration services for Corporate Real Estate departments of Fortune 500 corporations, and Public Sector clients in the US and Global 2,000 firms internationally.The BearingPoint Management Consulting Real Estate and Capital Asset Solution Global Practice is currently searching for Senior Consultants to join its highly talented team of professionals.Location: DallasRelocation: No Primary initial client is a Federal Government agency project team assisting the client in real estate property management, design and construction, project management and developing asset management solutions.Responsibilites include: Assist Agency with meeting the real estate property and asset management responsibilities of the organizationAnalyze Agency's asset management practices, including acquisition, operations, and disposal, and provide suggestions for improvements in the property life cycle Evaluate client strategies and performance targets Assist in the development of Agency-wide initiatives to improve the management and operations related to real property Calculate and analyze quantifiable performance measures related to the Agency's real property management Develop verification procedures to ensure that the Agency's inventory is tracked and reported accurately and effectively at the constructed asset level Participate in providing design and construction solutions.
