Manage the troubleshooting efforts for your assigned customers with the help of OTS and/or FOS as necessary insuring a timely and accurate answer is developed. Inform FOS of changes to forecasted unit start-ups and turnarounds as they are uncovered but at least on a monthly basis. Proactively engage customer to obtain or review operating data as required to meet UOP business objectives. Qualifications Basic Candidate Qualifications: BsChE degree is required. 10 plus years engineering experience in the refining and/or petrochemical industry. 5 plus years experience in a Field Operating (FOS) and/or Operating Technical Service (OTS) job(s) or prior Customer Service experience is necessary. Technical expertise in at least one but preferably more than one UOP process technology is required.
