Job Description:
We currently have an opening in our E-Discovery Operations area for an Engineer - Load File Services. The Engineer (LFS) provides technical assistance and delivery coordination, working closely with project team members to ensure on-time delivery. In this role, you act as consultant to both internal and external customers with respect to a wide range of technical requirements. In addition, you will participate in the 24X7 on-call support rotational service provided by the Load File Services team. Responsibilities Coordinate the initial planning of projects to thoroughly understand expectations, project specifications and delivery requirements Plan and design requirements of load file specifications with assistance of project teams to ensure deliverables will meet customer needs Serve as a resource to both internal and external customers by obtaining and sharing knowledge in order to enhance customers ability to achieve quality results Identify project risks and assist in on-call support for project management and project teams Qualifications Self-starter, effective communicator and problem solver with attention to detail and a quality/customer focus. Strong working knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications and broad computer and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of 3rd party litigation support software along with an understanding of relational and non-relational databases Experience with image viewing formats and their relationships to databases Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills are essential Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer driven.
