The Embassy Suites Dallas Park Central, a 279 Suite Hotel, is currently seeking an experienced Hotel professional to Lead our Engineering Team. This position is responsible for all aspects of property maintenance including public areas, guest rooms, kitchen and outlets, hotel equipment, preventive maintenance program, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. As Chief Engineer you will manage, lead, and direct the Engineering Team to ensure timely and thorough completion of work assignments, as well as motivate and teach your team. This position will work closely with the owner's Project Manager, who will be in charge of our $11 million renovation which is currently underway.. This position does not pay relocation expenses. Job Requirements: Must have 6-8 years building maintenance experience, with at least 4 years experience as a Hotel Chief Engineer. Must have working knowledge of all aspects of hotel maintenance. Must be computer literate. Management Position? Yes Entry-Level Position? No Work Permit Needed?
