Oversee the reconciliation of General Ledger accounts. Ensure research and resolution of open items on a timely basis. · Assist in coordination of year end audit and quarter end reviews conducted by external auditors. · Assist with Residential\'s Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and self-assessment testing. · Participate in other accounting projects, as assigned. · Manage staff of 2-3 senior financial analysts Requirements QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Desired): 1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting with 6 - 8 years of hands on experience working in an Accounting or Financial Reporting Department. CPA designation is preferred, but not required. 2. Effective organizational and decision making skills. Ability to multi-task. 3. Successful experience as a manager with demonstrated experience in managing a group of staff. 4. Ability to work accurately and independently in a team environment under tight reporting deadlines. 5. Ability to build strong business relationships within and across organizational functions. 6. Strong decision making and communication skills.
