Job Description:
Reporting directly to the CFO of Retail Payment Solutions, this position will have responsibility for leading all financial activities related to business development and direct mail programs. The successful candidate will be charged with partnering with Business Development group in developing and evaluating strategies, analyzing acquisition opportunities, supporting direct mail programs, building a structure and resources for the group. The incumbent will monitor progress against functional and business objectives, provide leadership and make recommendations. This position will be required to provide strategic support and guidance to senior RPS management in making key business decisions. Qualifications Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, business management, related field, or equivalent work experience- 10 or more years of experience in financial analysis activities. Credit card, payments, or banking industry experience a strong plus- Five or more years of management experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Extensive knowledge of financial analysis concepts and methodologies and systems - Expert knowledge of accounting theory practice, regulatory requirements and reporting- Excellent financial analysis, forecasting, modeling and planning skills - Well developed management, interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical, decision-making, problem solving, and project management skills - Ability to provide leadership in a team-oriented environment- MBA preferred
