Responsibilities: - Support and contribute to the development of business strategies and marketing plans for existing Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) product lines and new product innovations for the retail market. - Work with market, industry and customer data to help define solutions for specific vertical markets within retail. - Driving the solution to the development team. This includes providing marketing support, project management and product launch to the sales channel. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field from an accredited 4 year college or university is required. A Master's degree is a plus. - 3-5 years of experience in the marketing and direct product management is required. - Experience developing product strategies and work with R&D to develop customer solutions. - Background in technology products used within retail environment highly preferred. - Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team oriented environment. - Must possess strong analytical skills and ability to deliver results with multiple and complex projects. - Strong understanding of marketing strategies and retail business including one or all of the following: operations, loss prevention and security systems. - Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop focused plans to capitalize on opportunities. - Ability to work across the organization. - Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in groups and on-on-one interaction for effective presentations.
