Candidate must be able to sell service and maintenance contracts at required price and margin levels to obtain new units on maintenance agreements; possess broad product knowledge of all elevator/escalator lines and specialized architectural product knowledge; make effective sales presentations.Candidate must also possess solid communication and leadership skills in order to work effectively with customers and employees.BA/BS degree w/4(`37+ years experience MA/MS degree w/2(`35+ years experience Bachelors degree required or equivalent in work experience. Minimum of 3 years elevator sales experience required.
