Job Description:
Oversees RMBDs in Division and drives overall strategy across the division. Responsible for establishing profitable policies, programs, and objectives for the organizations niche business marketing and sales activities. Coordinates efforts of marketing and sales employees and directs staff towards accomplishment of set objectives. Analyzes and improves organization competitiveness within the Managed Care, Hospital, or OTS market. Administrative: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications, supervisory skills. Machine: Calculator, personal computer Physical Demands: Speech clarity, utilization of fingers and hands, standing-remaining on one's feet in an upright postion, sitting-remaining in the normal seated position, handling-seizing, holding, grasping. Vision Requirements: Able to pass standardized color vision test, as required by test performed. Job Requirements : Normally a B.A./B.S. Degree w/7+ years of experience is preferred. Completion of the National Sales Orientation, RMBD Academy and Mentoring Module as well as attain GEM Club status.
