Our client provides logistics and supply chain management to companies in a variety of industries. Their clients include Fortune 500, mid-sized high growth, and small competitive companies, operating in a variety of industries, including consumer goods, food, healthcare, electronics, and others. Our client is one of largest privately held third party logistics providers in North America. The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for the development of a business strategy that targets the specific needs of the company's key accounts while supporting internal account managers to deliver these needs. The VP Business Development reports to the CEO and is responsible for three Business Development Directors. NOTES: US Residents Only Requirements We are seeking an action oriented individual with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years industrial experience, with a strong sales background interfacing with the owner/president/decision maker level. He/She will be experienced managing customer relationships in medium to large organizations, focusing on logistics and supply chain. A highly organized and professional approach to business dealings is required.
