Job Description:
Senior level position reports to the Vice President, Development and works closely with both the System and Foundation Boards as well as with physician leadership and hospital senior management. Responsible for major gift, planned giving and grant programs. NOTES: US Residents Only. Competitive salary commensurate with experience, performance incentive (bonus) plan and excellent benefits. Requirements The successful candidate will have five years of documented accomplishments in securing major gifts. Must have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and a good understanding of marketing concepts and financial planning issues related to major gifts.
