Leads the effort within CHS to ensure effective technical prepositioning and the technical proposal development for new business opportunities that arise from current project work including associate awards for CHS\'s global projects and expansion/extensions to existing CHS projects, as well as under US $ 2.5 million Center led proposal development o In conjunction with the BRD lead, tracks potential projects of interest o Supports the gathering of pre-bid intelligence when requested o Cultivates technical and geographic experts for proposal development and technical review for CHS proposals. o Collaborates with TQI Director and HSD Director to ensure that proven innovative technical strategies are incorporated into proposals, and with HR recruiters to ensure identification and cultivation of high potential project leadership and technical contributors. o In collaboration with HSD Director identifies successful field experiences and develops documentation that can be used in proposals. o In collaboration with CHS recruiters identifies a pool of technical experts and, reviewers for proposal development. o Maintain up-to-date capability statements critical to new business generation.
