On behalf of the Vice President CHS, maintains ongoing liaison with MSH\'s Office of Business and Resource Development (BRD) to monitor donor strategies and funding opportunities, and to identify those to which CHS can best contribute according to core competencies, experiences, and technical staff. Recommends strategies and annual and multi-year plans and bidding targets to meet the new business development goals of the Center and MSH. 2. Leads the effort within CHS to ensure effective technical prepositioning and the technical proposal development for new business opportunities that arise from current project work including associate awards for CHS\'s global projects and expansion/extensions to existing CHS projects, as well as under US $ 2.5 million Center led proposal development o In conjunction with the BRD lead, tracks potential projects of interest o Supports the gathering of pre-bid intelligence when requested o Cultivates technical and geographic experts for proposal development and technical review for CHS proposals.
