Responsibilities will be focused on specific division/region relationships to establish strong understanding and partnering with key aspects of the businesses.C. Review discounted cash flow valuation analysis for acquisition and divestiture opportunities using ALCAR software and manage the evaluation of legal contracts for the business rationale.D. Establish expertise and focus on specific regions and product areas engaging with the respective business leaders to foster deal identification and key strategic business issues. Examples include: Asia, Europe, Hybrid, Agriculture, Mobile Diagnostics etc.E. Manage competitive analysis process and prospecting. Develop capability across the division resources in these areas and leverage division resources to gain voice of the customer and market intelligence.F. Manage and perform the due diligence process engaging with the Corporate CD&P team.G. Ability to communicate compelling business cases to move forward key BD and strategic opportunities.
