What You\'ll Be Doing As a BDM, your primary responsibility is the management, development and growth of assigned targeted producers in terms of written premium and submission quotas. Additional responsibilities include: to support and maintain communications and relationships between target producers and regional profit center managers; to implement new strategies and initiatives in terms of target accounts and cross selling; and to act as a resource for AIG profit centers and the brokerage community.
