Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a hunter position focused on qualifying and pursuing 3D-Design Solutions for our Manufacturing, Architectural and Engineering clients. The BDM will develop an understanding of the decision-making processes of our prospects, conduct process assessments, develop strong value propositions, and deliver business solution presentations to executive decision-makers. The Business Development Managers goal is to achieve and exceed quarterly quota targets by delivering a clear and consistent value proposition, and by helping our customers improve their design chain processes. The successful Business Development Manager will: 1. Have an understanding of CAD-based design and engineering solutions in the Mechanical or Architectural & Engineering industries; 2. Be comfortable in business discussions with Senior Management and Executives; 3. Develop and execute a business plan to exceed quarterly goals
