Job Description:
Provides ongoing training and employee development to team members and ensures all receive communication of corporate/department policies and procedures Comprehensive knowledge of homeowner's claims, general insurance policy coverage and state regulations. Thorough knowledge of claims investigation techniques as well as the medical and legal aspects of a claim Ability to plan, prioritize and organize claims workload for the unit Demonstrates good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of claims experience Xactimate experiences strongly preferred.
