Set your goals high, and explore this dynamic position with Vanguard.As a Supervisor you will:- Manage a BDG team: Hire, set goals and standards, train and mentor, evaluate performance, oversee and audit daily operations. - Monitor and audit productivity and quality for individual associates and the overall unit.- Ensure adequate phone coverage to handle client and prospect inquiries.- Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining client satisfaction.- Resolve complex prospect and client issues. - Achieve and maintain expected quality levels, and report unit performance monthly and quarterly. - Participate in budget preparation/business planning and manage resources according to budget/plan. - Recommend improvements and provide analysis/feedback to management.Position Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.- Three to five years of progressively responsible work experience. - Experience marketing financial services to prospects preferred.- FINRA 6 and 63 licenses or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.- Extensive knowledge of Vanguard products and services.- Demonstrated ability to lead a group to achieve departmental goals.- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under demanding conditions.Vanguard, a leading financial company, offers a competitive Total Rewards package of cash compensation, benefits, work-life programs, and conveniences.
