Develop organization construct to ensure profitable growth. Oversee strategy implementation as it relates to acquisitions. Establish ME M&A goals and targets, including target selection and prioritization. Lead ME specific deals through development process. Coordinate with internal P&W groups (Military Programs and Customer Support, Military Aftermarket Services, Financial, Group Strategic Development, etc) achieve successful project completion. Emphasis on growing current $1B per year aftermarket business 15% annually. Ensure effective organization, project staffing and compliance with UTC/P&W policies and procedures. Work with Group Strategic Development, Domestic and International Business Development groups to ensure P&W ME continues to meet ACE Gold metrics, world class M&A processes and outcomes. Utilize ACE principles to streamline business processes used within the group and its value stream partners. Develop ME Standard Work for M&A. Additional responsibilities include the direct support of Military Engines growth objectives by participating with ME Strategic Planning. Leading efforts to seek external business expansion opportunities including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Public-Private-Partnering with depots (overhaul shops) around the world. Develop and successfully complete these opportunities by leading cross-functional teams. Bachelors degree in related field required, MBA preferred.Full cycle deal experience (strategy, opportunity identification, approach, due diligence, closure execution) experience a must. This highly visible leader frequently makes presentations to customers and senior management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills are required.
