Responsibilities: * Conduct analyses of Quality Assurance data; identify potential performance improvement opportunities; draft Development/Improvement Opportunity Reports; develop strategy metrics and coordinate the deployment of resources * Facilitate collaborative interaction with Claims Service Center management in assessing and identifying root causes of performance deficiencies; develop strategies and identify available qualified resources; develop metrics to assess proper execution and impact of strategies * Coordinate with unit Business/Data Analysts to design and produce analytical and metric reports; design Strategy and Resource databases; and respond to Service Center Management inquiries * Provide training for home office and service center business experts in the implementation of the process; draft reports and communicate with Service Centers and Resources Qualifications: * Minimum 10 years experience with technical claims adjusting * Minimum 3 years claims management experience * Knowledge of claims adjusting, insurance and related legal processes * Leadership and claims management skills
