Job Description:
The level of work is considered advanced and staff work under minimal supervision.Job Duties: Leads or supports high-priority and cross-functional District projects related to ERM Designs, leads and conducts facilitated risk and control sessions to gather risk-related information from senior management and business units. Working closely with business areas, helps proactively identify risk exposures; develop key risk indicators and risk-related reporting ; monitor thresholds and report risk indicators to the organization on a regular basis; may develop risk models Supports business unit projects by leading and executing consulting engagements; project scope is typically highly complex and sensitive in nature; manages scope, schedule and resources to meet project deliverables; directs cross-functional and business-specific project teams in completing project deliverables. Develops ERM risk management training tools, presentations, and other ERM educational materials; facilitates training sessions to Bank users on ERM technology and overall ERM objectives and risk management principles Seeks creative solutions in the implementation of assigned projects and identifies improvement opportunities as the ERM program is developed Maintains a high level of working knowledge regarding ERM industry practices, COSO control practices and project management disciplines; understands and promotes strong risk management, project management and process-improvement practices Maintains a solid understanding of the major businesses and functions of the Federal Reserve, both within the District and across the System Works collaboratively with internal audit, external auditors, BOG staff and business units to achieve ERM objectives Supports Senior Management by providing ad-hoc planning, analytical and project support Provides guidance, coaching and training to less experienced analysts; may assign tasks to crossfunctional project teams and more junior staff Performs other duties as required Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5 to 7 years of related working experience; audit, regulatory or other similar experience a plus
