Job Description:
Knowledge of professional pharmacy practice. 2. Basic knowledge of pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacotherpeutics. 3. Ability to manage/supervise the work activities of a group of subordinates, develop a budget, and allocate resources maximizing productivity and cost effectiveness. 4. Ability to plan, organize, direct and evaluate the delivery of pharmaceutical services in order to maintain an efficient and effective level of pharmaceutical care. 5. Ability to develop, evaluate, and maintain a drug distribution process that provided timeliness of service for qualify patient care, compliance with DEA, FDA and state regulations. 6. Ability to deal effectively with all levels of people (i.e., cooperate with, gain the cooperation of, treat fairly and impartially, etc.).
