Engineer-Project Manager/Petroleum/ Refinery Job Location: MOBILE, AL Client located in Mobile, AL has a Contract Opening for a Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years petroleum refinery and project management experience. This position will be located for approximately 3 -6 months in Chalmette, LA and then will transfer to Mobile, AL for an additional 3-6 month time period. This candidate should be familiar with Hazop and PSM reviews. This candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of software as well as Microsoft Project. This candidate should be familiar with ?Multi-Gate? process of project development. Responsibilities would include working directly with client, department heads and technical managers to develop scope, preparing cost estimates, economic feasibility studies, specify mechanical equipment, review vendor proposals, progress reporting and field engineering. This position requires candidate to have a current PE license, or qualified to be licensed, in Louisiana and Alabama.
