Job Description for Customer Service Manager Osborne's Customer Service Manager is involved in all stages of customer projects. Primary Responsibilities: Manage customer service and related sales support tasks including responding to new inquiries, processing orders, and limited technical research to help solve customer challenges. Identify and document customer needs, expectations and priorities in a CRM database. Work closely with engineering team to create and deliver well-organized project proposals. Manage other customer oriented responsibilities as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to solve problems and make effective business decisions, preferably in a technical environment Strong work ethic Organized and detail oriented Minimum 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience Minimum of two (2) years college education Ability to identify customer needs and take leadership in solving customer challenges
