Audit Manager, SEC Audit Manager, SEC Jacksonville, FL Bored with the same old routine? Working at the same clients and need some variety? On our team you'll grow your career by working with between 20 and 40 different clients each year. Our clients are entrepreneurial, focused, professional and practical. You'll get to know their businesses inside and out-and work with employees from a variety of levels, including top corporate officers. You will lead and plan audit engagements and provide quality client service that exceeds expectations as an Audit Manager at McGladrey. You will develop an understanding of the client's business and become a 'functional expert' in the areas of concentration. You ensure all necessary financial statements are prepared with an eye for quality, thoroughness and accuracy. You are up to date on the latest developments as they affect GAAP and promote business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients. You have five years of audit experience at the management level or above and have experience in the planning and management of client engagements. Additionally, you have experience in auditing Financial Institutions, particularly Banks, as well as experience in auditing publicly owned SEC registrants. You possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and hold Florida CPA certification. You are able to work within budgetary and time constraints and have experience managing and developing a team. Preferably, you have experience working at a Big 4 and paperless audit environment. You may already have a great position, but RSM McGladrey will provide you with an opportunity too good to pass up.
