Job Description:
As a Senior Manager in our Real Estate Audit group, your responsibilities will include audits of residential and commercial real estate entities, administration of audit engagements including full client contact, interfacing with all departments within the firm, and training, supervision and development of staff. Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, open to challenges and experienced in auditing real estate companies. The candidate should have a winning attitude with the desire to be a team player within a growing practice area of the firm. Candidates should have five or more years of audit experience including experience in preparing/reviewing tax returns for real estate clients. Experience with REITS and real estate investment funds is a plus. * Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting * 5+ years recent public accounting/audit experience * Be a CPA or in the process of obtaining certification * Supervisory experience preferred * Experience with ePace, GoSystem Tax, Excel, and Word a plus In addition to helping our clients thrive, we do the same for our professionals.
