Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the construction services and support of power generating equipment, including all post-warranty construction services. Will provide support to Company sales personnel in selling replacement parts, new construction and maintenance services and projects as well as proactively seek, develop and implement initiatives to cost-effectively achieve goals and ensure utmost customer satisfaction.Requirements:This position requires full working knowledge of power plant construction and related equipment, and a high degree of technical, business, supervisory and labor relations expertise to cost-effectively manage a diverse staff and the most complex construction, maintenance and repair operations, mostly coal fired projects. Requires ability to act promptly, independently and decisively on major issues that typically impact sales, margins, and customer relations. Requires strong negotiating skills to function effectively among diverse groups. Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for proposal development and execution of maintenance contracts within an assigned area.
