Job Description:
The Position: Audit Supervisors provide both leadership and supervision to Staff and Senior Auditors and manage external audit engagements. They provide detailed analysis of findings and coordinate all analytical, technical and research tasks. Supervisors work with Managers and Partners in the areas of risk assessment, audit plan programs and internal audit reports. Qualified individuals should meet the following requirements: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Access, etc. · Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills · Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service · Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environment · BA or BS Accounting degree required · CPA or CPA candidate desired · Knowledge of payroll taxes and payroll systems recommended · 4-7 years audit experience within a public accounting firm · Experience in audits of employee benefit plans, 401(k) plans, or labor organizations a definite plus · A comprehensive understanding of data analysis techniques · Ability to work independently, and as part of a team · Ability to mentor and train others · Must have reliable access to a vehicle for travel to client offices Great benefits.
