Job Description:
We are looking for an intern to do fixed asset cost segregation on new and existing U-Haul construction. The project will consist of visiting existing buildings to inspect assets, identifying their use and function, and reviewing existing documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, and blueprints. If no documentation exists, appropriate cost estimation will need to be done. The intern will then work with the accounting department in making the appropriate tax adjustments. This project will result in quantifiable and substantial tax savings for the company.
