Job Description:
Maintains all apartment and office supplies for designated site. · Insures designated sites are in compliance with all JCAHO, DHS and agency standards through maintaining and updating of all “quarterly reports”, updating of MSDS as needed, and insuring safety of site. · Provides direct contact with clients, including clinical services. · Provides transportation for clients, as appropriate. · Hours may vary weekly. · Assists with assessment, diagnosis, admission, development of treatment plans, and discharge of clients. Operates under the guidance of an assigned clinical supervisor. · Documents all information, contacts, and relevant action taken in the client’s and residential charts, maintaining chart compliance per agency compliance reviews. · Attends and participates in annual Community Support Team meetings, staffings, family meetings, roommate meetings, and other meetings as the CILA Senior Clinician/Case Manager, Case Manager and Residential Counselor see necessary for care of the client. · Maintains regular contact with client CILA direct treatment team, CILA team, Agency treatment team, and other collaterals including family members as client agrees and is clinically needed. · Some weekend and holiday hours may be required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in a behavioral science or related field preferred. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: · One year experience working in community mental health with the mentally ill preferred.
